Easy order and fast receipt of the wallpaper. Tapeko’s customer service is also very responsive (unfortunately, the image didn’t meet our expectations, but customer service was quick and helped resolve the issue).

Everything went well with Tapeko. The problem I encountered was with FedEx delivery, which did not respect the delivery date and delivered whenever they felt like it. You have to be at their disposal… The contact with FedEx is virtual, and their link to change the date doesn’t work.

The wallpaper had a flaw (a big gray line in the middle)! What a shame because the result could have been great. But after contacting customer service, we were able to find a satisfactory solution.

The product is great, and it was easy to put up! I just wish the colors were a bit brighter, but I’m happy with the overall effect.

Beautiful result and lovely designs. The paper is sturdy despite the glue (which we bought separately), but some joins cannot be aligned properly (misalignment between the two strips).

My mural is beautiful. I bought the basic one since I’ve never hung vinyl wallpaper before. It’s a stunning piece on textured paper, reminiscent of canvas. The print is beautifully clear, and the colors match the website exactly. My only two complaints: the instructions say to overlap and cut through both layers to align them. Mine didn’t have the overlap, and I wasted time trying to match it when I should have just butted it against the first piece. Also, the paper edge is white, and even with a roller, I got a white line where the pieces joined. However, as an artist, I used watercolors to color-match and removed the lines with a fine brush. Despite these slight issues, I am 100% happy with the result and would have given 5 stars otherwise. I would definitely buy from them again.

The colors could’ve been a bit brighter, but overall, I’m happy with how it turned out. The delivery was slower than expected.

The wallpaper arrived perfectly packaged on a small roll. The strips were already cut, numbered, and marked top and bottom. A QR code provides access to application advice. The result is very beautiful. Small downside: glue stains remain.

The wallpaper is nice, but the glue wasn’t very good; I had to go to Bricomarche to get extra vikol glue, so the glue should be better.

The installation was simple, and the mural looks wonderful in my living room. The colors were a tad darker than I expected, though.

The mural is very pretty, watercolor style… for a room, the material has a rough texture that is not visible in the photos on the website, I’m still not sure if I like this texture or not. I haven’t installed it yet. I’ve written to customer service a couple of times, and they are very attentive, responding quickly. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase.

Delivery was a bit confusing as they said they didn’t have the correct address, and the packaging was slightly damaged, so I can’t really say anything about the product yet as it’s not hung up.

I had a problem with my second delivery. The picture arrived damaged. I immediately reported it by email, with photos attached, and I received another picture. Very responsive company, concerned about customer satisfaction. I highly recommend it. Lots of choices.

The delivery was very fast. The wallpaper is beautiful, and the color is even better than what you see on the website.

The order tracking could be improved, as I wasn’t seeing any updates. I sent an email to the site, and they told me there had been a printing error and asked if I wanted a refund or to have the printing restarted. Otherwise, I’m happy with the result. For dark background papers, you can see the white strip edge, but for light ones, there’s no problem.

The stains in the print turned out to be in the original as well. In my opinion, that print should not have been approved. And make sure to order the exact size you need, with no margin for error, so do yourself a favor and add a few centimeters. From the moment I left a review, the communication was quick, and they resolved the issue neatly.

Very nice product, but unfortunately the packaging was very damaged and strip number 4 was slightly crumpled on the edge. We’ll see when applying it, unless you can send us a new strip in good condition.

Easy to order, the selection is vast. I ordered two complete panels. Delivery was triggered very quickly after payment, and I received it within a week despite the shipment from England. Easy to apply, with a small downside regarding the quality, which is not extraordinary for vinyl, even though I chose the “superior” option. Also, there were some slight mismatches in the joints, although the paper wasn’t too damp, and it was hot during application.

Very pretty wallpaper, quite easy to apply, and it brightens up my kitchen! I love it! I just find it a bit thin, and since it’s white, you can see through it. Make sure there are no bristles or anything left on the wall! Fast delivery!
