Everything is fine; the wallpaper was well-packaged, very beautiful, good quality, and delivery was made on the indicated date. 👍 Just one issue with the glue, which was listed at €6.50 per unit but was charged at €15.60. So far, the refund hasn’t been resolved.

We’re really happy with the customer service we received. Right after placing the order, I realized there was a mistake in the measurements. I contacted them, and even though it took a couple of days for them to respond, they changed the order to the correct measurements at no extra cost.
The wall mural is really beautiful, although there are a few areas that don’t fit together perfectly… Putting it up wasn’t too difficult, though you really have to be careful not to get glue on it, because it’s hard to clean. It’s also true that the ink from the design itself transfers when you keep running your hand over it to smooth it out.
Even so, I’d buy it again—the result was worth it. We hope it doesn’t wear out easily and lasts a long time just as it is now.
